"How have you been?" his eyes craved an answer, despite trying to look plain.
"Well.. Great! and... much better" sarcasm and taunt smeared her every word.
"Can we talk? I still love you" Sham yelled.
"It's all over. We are as different as chalk and cheese. I can't work it out anymore" whining she tried to move.
Her aloof response made him look grave.
Helen and Sham parted in different directions after they passed through a tunnel which was once upon a time their secret place to meet.
Like a temporary storm, the whole story ended in misery and misunderstandings.
